Overview

The Transfer Acts record information on internal transfers of inventory items, such as a transfer between two locations.

This topic explains how to create new Transfer Act.

Create New Transfer Act

To create new Transfer Act

  1. In the left pane of the Back Office Management console, click the Documents node, and then click Journal.
    This opens Journal of documents.
  2. On the upper menu bar, click Transfer.
    The pop-up dialog Choose Mode opens:


    In this dialog box, select a mode of the Act of transfer, and click OK:
    • Full Mode: in this mode, if you have received several lots of an item,  you can specify an amount of items to transfer from each lot;
    • Simple Mode: in this mode, you can specify only total amount of items to transfer. YumaPOS automatically sets an amount of items to transfer from each lot .
    This opens the Transfer form similar to the following screen:
  3. In the left pane of the form (under Transfer From), from the Location list, select a location from which you want to transfer inventory items.
  4. Using the icons , add items to the right pane of the form (under Transfer To). For each item, specify  the item amount to transfer.
    TIP: To filter items to transfer, click Filter, and then complete the Filters form (see the sample below):
  5. In the right pane of the form (under Transfer To), from the Location list, select a location where you want to transfer all selected inventory items. 
  6. Click Save (to save this Act without applying changes) or Save and Apply (to save this Act and apply changes).
