YUMA allows you to create templates for inventory operations.
This feature allows you to prepare in advance templates that include required set of items and then add those items to inventory acts with just one click. Blank entries will be automatically removed from the act.
Note: Current version supports only production act templates. You can create dedicated templates for certain locations (storage areas).
This topic provides instructions on how to view and create the production act templates.

Viewing Templates List
To view list of created templates
- In the left pane of Back Office Management console, expand the Settings node, and click Inventory Doc. Templates.
The system displays list of registered templates (if any) similar to the following screen:
On this page you can do the following:
- Filter the list by template type* and locations (storage areas).
- Activate (enable) or disable template with a switch button in the Active column.
- Add a new template with the Add button.
- Remove templates from the list: select templates to remove, and then click Remove.
*Note: This version supports only the production acts.
Creating New Production Act Template
To create a new production act template
- On the documents templates page (see the previous section), click Add.
- Complete the New Template form:
Complete the following fields, and click Save:- Name (mandatory): template name.
- Type (mandatory): template type.
In this version, leave the default type — Production. - Active: turn on this switch button to make template active.
- All locations: enable this setting to use template at all locations (storage areas); Otherwise, add locations to the Location field (is not displayed in this figure).
- Add Items: click this button to add items to the production act (see the screenshot below).
Note: You can add only items that have recipes.
Using Production Act Templates
To use a production act template for creating new production acts, complete the following steps:
- In the left pane of Back Office Management console, expand the Inventory node, and then click Production.
- In the right pane of the screen, click New Production.
- Start creating production act.
- In the upper left corner of form, click the Template field, and select the desired templatefrom the list of created templates.
- Click Load.
The system automatically adds items from the selected template to the production act.
- Click Save or Save and apply.
