Optimal SEO (Search Engine Optimization) settings provide higher positions of your site in search engines results.
NOTE: YUMA automatically saves the SEO meta tags basing on the store names, descriptions, regions, products, categories etc. So this feature is only used if you want to change default SEO settings.
To open the Seo settings dialog window, navigate to the General Settings tab of the Website settings, and click the SEO button (see example below):
This dialog allows you to change titles of your site pages, as well as the description and keywords for the main page.
Important: To save your changes, click Update.
Example
For example, you can use special tags to add additional information to the page title that will be visible to users and accessible by search engines. In the example above, we add a tag [CATEGORY] to the title of each category page with the words “Our delicious dishes for you!.” The tag [PRODUCT] adds “24 hour orders delivery!” to the title of each product page (see example below).
TIP: To get a list of tags available for a field, point to the ? (question) icon.
This screen illustrates that the title of the Chicken Burger product page includes the signature “24 hour orders delivery!”
